Our Cancellation Policy ✨ At True For Real Salon, every appointment is reserved just for you. We value your time, and we ask that you value ours as well. Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service fee will be charged before future bookings can be made. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require an adjustment to your service or a reschedule, with fees applied. Deposits For select services such as extensions or major color transformations, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final total. Why We Have This Policy Last-minute changes and no-shows make it difficult for us to serve other guests who are waiting for appointments.
